Refunds and Returns

Purchases are refundable within 14 business days of receiving goods less any applicable shipping and handling fees. Custom-made goods are non-refundable; however, we will make every effort possible to modify or correct any miscommunication or error.   

Email your refund request to support@battisefashions.com to establish the date of record.  At that time we will provide information on how to return your garment and your credit card will be credited, or check mailed within 5 business days after receiving goods.

Goods are strictly inspected upon arrival and must be returned in their original condition, which is meant, absent of any signs of wear or damage and with all tags in place for warranty to be in effect. 


United Parcel Service of America, Inc., (UPS) Ground is our primary shipper.  Packages shipped UPS Ground normally take 3 to 8 business days within the U.S.  A shipping cost is listed with each item.

You may contact us to arrange an overnight or other expedited shipping and to get the rate for such service in your location.  International shipments will be handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless an alternate carrier is agreed upon beforehand.
